Section 203 of the Police Act 1900 provides protection against misuse of the Police insignia.

Section 204 of the Police Act 1900 state that "a person who impersonates a police officer is guilty of an offence with a maximum penalty of 100 penalty points or imprisonment of 6 months, or both".

Management reserves the right to deny service to persons whom they believe may utilize the merchandise inappropriately, including selling merchandise on other ecommerce sites.
